All exhibitors (military vehicles, classic cars, modellers, living history and home front), traders (stalls) and public campers will receive a pack with your windscreen pass(es) and a letter detailing where, how and when to book in. There will be a website link in the letter of how to find the exhibitor booklet which will be available online before the show. The exhibitor booklet has lots of useful information about the show, including entertainment. A paper copy of this will be in your pack that you receive on arrival at booking in. Please ensure you read our show safety, rules and regulations page by clicking here.

The booking in entrance for all exhibitors, traders and campers will be well signposted and is on the A20 Ashford Road, CT21 4JD opposite Newingreen Nurseries. Click here for a Google Map.

Concentration Camp Artefacts and anti-Semitic Material

It is the policy of the War and Peace Revival organisers that the selling of items from concentration camps or anti-Semitic material at the War & Peace Revival is not acceptable. Any stall holder/trader found to be selling items of this nature will be asked to leave the show and will not be invited to attend again. We would very much appreciate your support in this area.

If you are travelling from abroad, please see our DFDS Seaways page for special discounts.

The paperwork and passes for all campers, traders and exhibitors will be sent out during June.

YOU DONT JUST GET YOUR STAND SPACE WHEN YOU EXHIBIT WITH US!
Unlike other events, you are supplied with a year long marketing campaign across our social media platform as standard at no extra cost. The content posted can be edited and changed at any time but also remains online permanently post-show. This gives
your company long lasting promotion for years to come, even after the show.
Learn how this works on the next page.

Your attendance at the show will also be promoted by our media partner; FRL Media and their online free to read E-MagazineWar and Peace Magazine.

We also offer advertisement space to all exhibitors and stall holders in the official showguide. The showguide is sold to visitors upon entry to the showground. For information on advert prices and dimensions, please request our Showguide Package.
